At the checkin the man in charge was not friendly. I asked for an early breakfast as mentioned in the hotel documentation (6:30) and he told us that this was not possible.Th next morning everything was OK !! The breakfast was perfect and the staff was very good.

We arrived into Turin late and hungry. There was no place open nearby for food and the hotel kitchen closed at 10pm. We were only able to order some room service at the last moment and one of the orders was wrong (and wasn't eaten). The front desk staff took it off the bill, but it was still disappointing.
At breakfast - for which we arrived at least 1/2 hour before it ended - serveral of the items were all gone and we had to ask for more eggs, which took far too long.
