L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di importanti lavori di ristrutturazione; dovrebbe prevedere camere riservate ai non fumatori (la nostra camera aveva un odore di fumo terribile ed abbiamo dovuto arieggiarla almeno tre ore, senza grande successo).

Reception staff could be a bit more friendly but other than that everything was excellent!
Reception staff are your first contact when you arrive at the hotel and its vital that they create a warm impression. I stay at hotels most weeks as part of my job so I speak with experience. However I would have no problem staying at the Lloyd hotel again in the future, the location is excellent as are the two restaurants that they own. Both have very friendly waiters there and the food was very good. Would recommend both.

Considerato che trattasi di hotel a 4 stelle e alla mia esperienza in soggiorni minimo di 4 giorni al mese in tali categorie, questo hotel avrebbe dovuto avere alcuni accorgimenti, quali il bollitore in camera con a disposizione le tisane ed una scelta libera nella colazione che generalmente io faccio in camera. Infatti ho trovato difficoltà a spiegare la quantità e la tipologia. Quindi il mio giudizio è sinteticamente sufficiente a causa del personale addetto al bar e alle pulizie, perché ho dovuto chiedere io esplicitamente dopo il rifacimento della camera, di passare l'aspirapolvere sulla moquette, poiché non era stato fatto.Inoltre, il letto aggiunto per fare la camera una tripla è stato messo in mezzo alla stanza senza alcun criterio di comodità ed ho provveduto io a sistemarlo come ragionevolmente sarebbe dovuto essere. Cosa importante sono i sanitari che sono vecchi e che quindi andrebbero cambiati per mantenere le 4 stelle.
Una luce generale della camera era fulminata e ne deduco che quindi non c'è un controllo efficiente sulla qualità.
Nel complesso quindi mi sono adeguata, però sinceramente non so se lo sceglierò una prossima volta, che dovrebbe essere a Settembre.

Malheureusement la personne qui a porté les bagages dans la voiture a cassé la fermeture du bagage, qui désormais est inutilisable. Il n'a fait aucune explication ni aucune excuse, mais nous n'allions pas non plus faire un scandale, alors nous n'avons plus qu'à acheter un nouveau bagage...
