- è fastidiosa rispetto alle abitudini italiane la mancanza del bidet
- è piuttosto noioso il menu della televisione, che deve essere ripercorso completamente ogni volta che si voglia semplicemente accedere ad un canale TV
- sarebbe molto gradito agli ospiti abituali qualche piccolo "bonus", come ad esempio la possibilità di connettersi ad Internet o la bottiglia di acqua

L'accesso all'hotel con le valige è difficoltoso per via dei gradini di ingresso. Gli ascensori non permettono l'accesso di due persone con le valige. La camera era esageratamente piccola pur trattandosi di due persone che dormivano in matrimoniale (Il letto era accessibile solo da un lato), non era disponibile la biancheria da bagno per due persone e la si è dovuta richiedere alla reception (prontamente consegnata), lo scarico della doccia non funzionava costringendo a fare la doccia immergendo i piedi fino alle caviglie nell'acqua stagnante.
