Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'unica cosa è che nelle camere non c'è un buon isolamento termico e per la notte neanche acustico. Comunque ci piacerebbe tornare.

Vago odore di fogna coperto a malapena da un elettroemanatore.
Stanza situata sopra un locale pubblico, quindi frastuono fin dopo mezzanotte.
Colazione "inesistente", quattro merendine indicate a malavoglia su richiesta esplicita.
Bel palazzo, molto centrale, prezzo basso, ma livello dei servizi evidentemente correlato.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres, une pour nos enfants avec deux lits séparés et une autre "de luxe" avec un lit double. Or à notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre pour enfant qui correspondait à notre réservation mais quand à la chambre parents, il y avait deux lits séparés et aucune autre chambre n'était disponible, d'ou une certaine insatisfaction pour les deux nuits que nous avons passé.
Une suggestion : une mini bar serait bien venu dans un hotel comme celui-ci.

A notre arrivée nous avons demandé une chambre avec vu sur l’Arno.
Moyennent un supplément de 19€.
L’hôtel est très vétuste. (J’ai des photos très éloquentes). Mais l’amabilité et le sourire de personnels fait un peu oublié ce problème.
