L'hôtel très vieux, manquant d'entretien.
La nuit impossible de dormir car bruit incessant de passage dans les couloirs, de travaux et de la rue. Vue de notre chambre sur un mur. Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel. Aucun double vitrage, aucune isolation. Personnel pas accueillant et quasi inexistant.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil du personnel, l'hôtel qui est absolument magnifique, la possibilité de garer la voiture dans une cour fermée, je ne conseille pas de choisir une chambre sans SDB celle qui m a été attribuée donnée sur une ruelle et nous avons donc raté la vue sur l'Arno

Point positif : L'accueil est agréable et souriant, personnel à l'écoute
Points négatifs : La chambre qui nous a été attribuée a été décevante !!! de la poussière sur les meubles (on nous explique que ce sont des travaux dans la rue qui causent cela..). La salle de bain limite vétuste, odeur de renfermé...
Après réclamation nous avons obtenu une autre chambre, un peu mieux dirons nous...
Pas de possibilité de stationner et un parking hors de prix ! 30 euros/nuit !!!!
Bref, le cadre de l'hôtel est grandiose mais les chambres pas à la hauteur....
