Giudizio sui monolocali e non sulle camere dell'hotel: i monolocali sono in condizioni pessime, sporchi, le piastre elettriche per cucinare hanno più di vent'anni e sono appiccicate al rubinetto dell'acqua, le manopole per accendere le piastre hanno i numeri sbiaditi, le tende del balcone sono quasi tutte rotte, i materassi sono spesso sudici, i vetri altrettanto, a volte mancano le stoviglie. Rispetto al prezzo richiesto, i monolocali non sono di 4 stelle come l'albergo, essendo mal tenuti. Io pero' mi trovo bene per la posizione di fronte al mare, il silenzio e comunque si puo' usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel. I monolocali sono mal tenuti ma io ci vado da anni perche' mi trovo bene per la posizione.

Staff at hotel very rude. Appartments were not 4 star. Very basic. Would not stay here again

Unser Apartment (für 4 Personen) war bei Ankunft um 20 Uhr nicht fertig.
Hotel hat am Anfang kein Anzeichen von Bedauern geäußert.
An der Rezeption hieß es, Pech, kann passieren und wir sollen halt warten.
Und sie könnten nicht 24 Stunden lang alles kontrollieren.... für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine ziemlich unverschämte Antwort.
Nach heftiger Beschwerde und Diskussion kam nach etwa einer 1 Stunde endlich jemand der versteht, was Kundenpflege bedeutet.
Schließlich wurden uns 2 DZ angeboten, obwohl es am Anfang hieß, sie wären total ausgebucht.
Ebenso hat uns das Hotel zum Abendessen eingeladen. Abends fanden wir dann auch noch pro Zimmer eine Flasche Sekt und einen Obstteller auf unseren Zimmer.
Fazit: Unverschämter Herr an der Rezeption beim Einchecken darf eigentlich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht sein.
Lob an Organisations-Manager, der verstanden hat, was Gästezufriedenheit bedeutet.
Ob ich nochmals buchen würde, weiß ich nicht. Wenn es preislich eine Alternative gibt, würde ich ein anderes Hotel buchen.
Trotz des netten Entgegenkommen am Ende, waren wir erstmal sehr geschockt ,so empfangen zu werden... und das sitzt leider tief.
