The Antico Casale di Monte Gualandro is an historic 18th century residence, once the customs office of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany.

Surrounded by an historic park of olive trees measuring 100,000 square metres, the hotel is in an excellent location on Lake Trasimeno on the border between Umbria and Tuscany.

Sala Trasimeno is decorated with 18th century furnishings and has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a lovely fireplace and typical terracotta floors.

This room is connected to the restaurant by an internal staircase and opens onto a large terrace.

Take the A1 motorway to the Val di Chiana – Bettolle exit. Continue along the expressway towards Perugia, and after around 20km, get off at the Tuoro sul Trasimeno exit. Immediately after the exit, turn right heading towards Tuoro taking a road with several shops.

Turn left at the intersection taking the SS75 bis state road towards Arezzo. The Antico Casale is located at km 48.3 of the state road, approximately 6km away from Tuoro.
