General Description
The Riserva di Castel D'Appio is a historic noble residence in Ventimiglia located at a height of 300m on the edge of the sea.
Completely renovated by the same owners of the cottage, it is currently a refined hotel in which modern comforts combine perfectly to create a luxurious, timeless atmosphere.
The numerous facilities available to guests include a lovely swimming pool, a peaceful garden, an excellent restaurant and spacious panoramic terraces with a breathtaking view of the Riviera dei Fiori and the Costa Azzurra.
The hotel is found in a charming area next to the ruins of an XIII century castle, only 18km away from Sanremo and just a short distance from Montecarlo.

By car
Take the A10 motorway to the Ventimiglia exit. Head towards Città taking a long overpass, turn right heading towards Menton Francia, go past the Ponte del Fiume Roja, turn right again, continue for around 400m and turn right at the first traffic light. Continue for 5km following the directions for the hotel.
By train
The Ventimiglia railway station is found on the Genoa – Ventimiglia railway line, on the Turin – Cuneo – Ventimiglia railway line and from France on the Marseille – Nice – Ventimiglia railway line.
By plane
