Tutto eccezionale: dall'ambiente all'accoglienza al paesino di Orta al cibo!
A tal proposito desidero segnalare, fra il personale, il sommelier dell'albergo ristorante, che é stato particolarmente attento alla scelta dei vini secondo quanto da noi ordinato.
Grazie ancora per l'accoglienza e senz'altro torneremo presto a farvi visita!

Wir können dieses Hotel nur in jeder Beziehung loben. Es ist in sehr kultiviertes Haus, in dem wir uns 3 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt haben und das wir jederzeit auch gern wieder besuchen würden. Die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption und des Personals erstreckte sich nicht nur auf den Empfang, sondernauch auf die Verabschiedung. So wohnt an gerne.

Le prix proposé par initalia était vraiment très avantageux .Malgré les 2 étoiles Michelin les plats avec une cuisson très millimétrée aurait mérité un peu plus de légumes et les desserts auraient pû être plus imaginatifs.
La qualité et la gentillesse du personnel étaient exceptionnelles même pour cette catégorie d'hotel.
