The Azienda Agrituristica Fassi is located in the village of Guardavalle, along the Gulf of Squillace, on a hilltop only 2km away from the sea, in one of the most charming areas of the coast of Catanzara.
Thanks to its location, just a short distance from Santa Caterina dello Ionio and from Soverato, the hotel is an excellent point from which to explore the beautiful attractions of the area, and to spend a vacation in complete rest and relaxation.
The inside of the hotel is decorated in a simple yet functional style, and the spacious rooms all have en suite washrooms and a breathtaking panoramic view. Additional services available to guests include a TV room, a club house with typical rustic furnishings and a fireplace, a wood burning stove, a barbecue, a large, fully equipped camping area with central washrooms, and transportation to the sea.

Restaurant et Bar
The restaurant is decorated in a rustic style in accordance with the atmosphere of the hotel. It can comfortably accommodate up to 90 people, and is also open to tourists not staying at the hotel.
The dining room can accommodate small parties and banquets. The kitchen offers delicious, typical dishes, such as pasta with beans, stuffed aubergines and peppers, and includes the most famous traditional recipes.
Guests must try the soup, and the local fruit and dairy produce.

Take the A3 Salerno - Reggio Calabria motorway to the Lamezia Terme exit, heading towards Catanzaro Lido. Follow the directions to Noverato, and continue until Guardavalle Marina, still staying on the SS106 state road. Upon reaching Guardavalle Marina, turn on the provincial road heading towards Guardavalle Superiore. The sign for the resort can be seen after around 3km.
By train
From the Guardavalle train station, take the provincial road to Guardavalle Marina and then turn along the provincial road towards Guardavalle Superiore. The sign for the resort can be seen after around 3km.
By plane
From the Lamezia Terme International Airport, take the A3 motorway to the Lamezia Terme exit, and then head towards Catanzaro Lido, following the directions for Noverato and then for Guardavalle Marina, staying on the SS106 state road.
