Tiny room, uncomfortable bed. Paid for wifi but didn't work. Internet in hotel lobby not working. Unable to purchase snacks. No tea/coffee facility in rooms. Extra €6 tourist tax on our nightly rate.... Which had to be paid in cash!

Per la prima volta ho prenotato una camera singola, ed ho trovato i servizi in camera meno confortevoli della doppia.

Great hotel, great service. Surpassed my expectations. Very close to the train station. Instructions were very accurate and helpful. The bus to the airport is also beside the train station leaving every 20 minutes. Great restaurant just beside the hotel as well. And many more in the surroundings including fast foods if that's what meets your fancy. Highly recommend this hotel also because the room was very clean, very comfortable with a great washroom. No foul odour.

Unfortunately we had some very inconsiderate people in the room across from us, who felt it necessary, very early in the morning, to knock on everyone's door and their own for over an hour as they were locked out, there was no consideration and, as the rooms were not that sound proof, it was very inconvenient.

On advising the concierge, he acknowledged that he already knew of the problem, he just shrugged and said if we had let the front desk know at the time, they would have addressed it, but as it was now morning, he wasn't interested. As I informed him accosting drunk people is not the best way to handle the situation, he just shrugged again! I informed him that I could not recommend this hotel as a result of his lack of resolution skills! Or acknowledgement that he would at least notify the noisy guests that it was inappropriate.

On checking out, an hour later, the concierge had clearly thought about the situation and apologized. Ironically, it was too late as he had already displayed a lacklustre non interested attitude toward the situation. This did leave me very tired, not too mention incredibly annoyed as had ruined my stay at Hotel Bernina. I have stayed there previously without any problems. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel this stay, and urge the hotel to address such incidents with appropriate solutions to keep all happy!

La mattina dopo la prima notte passata nell'hotel ho riscontrato che nella doccia non arriva acqua né fredda né calda. Non so se hanno provveduto perché per motivi personali ho dovuto lasciare l'hotel la mattina stessa.

Es una buena opción a buen precio en Milán. No me importaría repetir.
