HAD TO PAY 125 EUROS ON A TAXI FROM MALPENSA AIRPORT, AS NOW ONE AT THE AIRPORT COULD HELP US GET A BUS. I THINK THERE IS PUBLIC TRANSPORT, BUT VERY POOR IMFORMATION AVAILABLE.

L' organisation de l hotel est dans des locaux éclatés. Difficultés à trouver l'acceuil pour obtenir des renseignements . Problème de parking . Besoin d' informations concernant les parkings
Personnel très très compétent , aimable et acceuillant..

Hôtel très bien placé, en plein centre de la vieille ville d'Orta, le restaurant mérite aussi qu'on s'y arrête ! Le petit déjeuner était quant à lui extraordinaire. Cependant, 2 bémols à notre court séjour : une des chambres retenues ne correspondait pas au descriptif au moment de la réservation : nous avions réservé une des chambres avec 2 lits mais nous ne l'avons pas eue. Le responsable de l'hôtel s'est ensuite arrangé pour trouver une autre chambre pour nos enfants à plus d'une centaine de mètres de nous dans un autre établissement.
Deuxième bémol : les bruits de discussions dans la rue durant la plus grande partie de la nuit ( Nous étions samedi soir ) !

Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Colazione abbondante e con vasta possibilità di scelta, anche se servita in un'altra struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Ein kleines, aber sehr heimeliges Hotel. Allerdings muss bemerkt werden, dass die Zimmer auf Grund der Lage in der Altstadt mit ihren engen Gassen relativ dunkel sind. Wen das nicht stört, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Besonders hervorgehoben werden muss das reichhaltige Frühstück. Es gibt wirklich, aber auch wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt.

We stayed in a flat. Kitchen small lounge and beds for 4 people. In the center of town handy for every thing. Breakfast included at a hotel 100 yards away was fantastic. The restaurant was also very good.

Lorsque nous avons reservé sur internet, nous pensions être dans la vieille ville d'Orta. Nous avons été étonné de la situation de l'hôtel.
Côté positif : garage pour la voiture.
