Reviews Hotel Rosabianca - Rapallo

This hotel is not 4 stars in my opinion, it doesn't have the facilities of a 4 stars and lacks home comforts. The hotel wasn't busy during my leisure break with my mother which became obvious at breakfast with a severe lack of choice of breakfast buffet all cold foods which were allowed to run down to empty and not replaced the following day so the choice got less and less the more days we stayed, also there was no hot food option not even a toaster to toast your bread. This hotel needs an injection of love, money and hard work to bring this up to a 4 stars rating. The staff were fabulous very polite and helpful and did their best.

Es gibt einige renovierte Zimmer, die weitestgehend ok sind. Zunächst wurden wir allerdings in einem der alten Räume untergebracht, das Bad dort war unterirdisch! Der Zustand wurde uns als "Vintage" verkauft, allerdings war es einfach in erster Linie dreckig, d.h. jahrzehntelanger Staub, Kalk und schwarzer Schimmel waren eine Symbiose eingegangen. Das Schönste ist der Blick aus dem Fenster über die gesamte Bucht von Rapallo, leider liegt das Haus somit auch direkt an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße, die am Meer entlangführt - nichts für lärmempfindliche Menschen. Frühstück war für Italien überdurchschnittlich. Die Balkone würden wir nur mit Vorsicht betreten, da sich darunter überall schon die Armierung herauslöst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat ihr Bestes gegeben.

All staff were very helpful, especially Francesca. Hotel is at a perfect location. Sufficient breakfast. The room we stayed at 4th floor had a wonderful view. Only issue is the wireless internet was no accessible at 4th floor. Everything was perfect besides that. Good value for money.

Dommage notre séjour a était gâcher par un problème de réveil qui toutes les heures c'est mis à nous réveiller. On attendait à la fin du séjour un geste commercial. Malheureusement le geste n'a pas était fait. Pendant nuits de réveil à sonner un enfer.

Super Lage, dafür laut wegen der lauten Strasse. Beides geht in Rapallo aber nicht. Auch die Parkplatzsituation

ist nicht so einfach. In meiner Meinung könnte das Hotel diee Zimmer rennovieren und Frühstück auf wirkliches 4 sterne Niveau bringen. Persönliche Ansprache uns Service der Mitarbeiter ist sehr zu loben.

Sinceramente per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo una stanza migliore. Stanza rumorosa, al primo piano con vista palme anzi che mare. Il giorno prima del viaggio ho avuto un imprevisto e ne ho informato al mio arrivo la titolare. Purtroppo mi ha detto che se non dava via la stanza avrei dovuto pagare tutto il soggiorno e cosi è stato...

Actuall, we visited rapallo to stay this hotel. it's just on the beach side, so has great sea view. we beleave that this is the best location to see the rivierra sea. the main street where a lot of people walk around untill mid night is just in front of the hotel, too. many restaurants, cafes, gerrato shops, are there. verious events are held on the main street, each nights we stayed. room equipments are a little old, but this is rivierra. everything is clean, so it's ok.

Wir haben uns in diesen Hotel nicht gut gefühlt. Das Frühstück war miserabel...2 tage gab es keinen Brot und dass Zimmer so klein das mein Mann sich nicht unter der Dusche bewegen konnte. Im Bad fanden wir die Dusche mit schimmel....an den Ecken. Wir wollten sofort weg. Es war nicht einfach aber sie haben sie uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das würde auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
