Our stay in this hotel was very bad. The rooms were old and tired. The worst was that the aircondition was not working properly. With 35 degrees and a baby of 4 months this was a nightmare. The female working there was rude, spoke bad English and was not helpfull at all. All and all it almost ruined our stay in Rapllo. Our baby did not feel well and we were very angry and dissapointed. For me his hotel is maximum 2 star hotel and definitly not 4 as stated on the hotel website. We feel ripped off since we paid 150 EUR pr night for this hotel. We would definitly not go back here.
