L' hotel mostra i segni di un "antico splendore" attualmente un po' in decadenza; tuttavia l' ampiezza delle camere, la posizione centralissima, l'ottima e varia colazione servita in modo raffinato con posate d'argento unitamente al buon prezzo rappresentano validi motivi per consigliarlo.

Wir kamen im Hotel an und wurden von dem Herrn an der Reception sehr nett ampfangen. Unser Gepäck wurde abgeholt und das Auto in die Garage gefahren. Das sah ja schon vielversprechend aus.
Aber als wir das Zimmer betraten war dies so, wie es die Gäste vor uns hinterlassen hatten. Kann ja passieren - wurde auch sehr schnell aufgeräumt und der Herr von der Reception entschuldigte sich aufrichtig.
Am Abend wollte ich ein Bad - ein SPRUDELBAD nehmen, deshalb hatte ich ja dieses Zimmer gebucht, doch der Whirlpool funtionierte nicht. Als ich dies am nächsten Tag beim Auschecken erwähnte, überging man dies einfach so ohne sich zu entschuldige,n oder uns einen Preisnachlass zu geben.
Das höchste kam dann aber am Nachmittag, als wir unser Auto abholen wollten. Nachdem wir 15min gewartet hatten, stand das falsche Auto draussen. Da dachten wir, man hätte uns mit andern Gästen verwechselt. Nach weiteren 10min händigte man uns einen Schlüssel aus (der gleiche zum ersten Auto), der nicht unser war. Nach langem Suchen und Überlegen und nach über 45 min warten bekamen wir endlich UNSER Auto! Wenn ich DAS gewusst hätte, hätte ich niemals unseren Autoschlüssel 30 Stunden dem Hotel überlassen. Das ist verantwortungslos und darf in einem 4*-Hotel nicht passieren!!!
Für das lange Warten und die Umstände, bekamen wir weder eine Entschuldigung, noch eine Entschädigung - nicht mal ein Glas Wasser oder einen Kaffee.
Da muss ich sagen, tut mir leid, aber der Service in diesem Hotel ist schlecht!! Bei der Übergabe des Autoschlüssels muss sich der Portier absolut sicher sein, dass es die richtigen Besitzer sind!!!!!!!
